TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ceremony Reservation to be made 3- 7 days in advance. Please bring your own wedding ring and wedding dress. The location of wedding or dinner will be subject prevailing weather. Renewal of Vows are only ceremonial in nature and not legally binding.
CANCELLATIONS
Should there be a cancellation, the hotel must be notified as early as possible. 5 days
before ceremony: A cancellation penalty charge amounting 10% of the wedding
package. 3 days before ceremony: A cancellation penalty charge amounting 50% of
the wedding package.
1 day before wedding day: will be charged at 100% of the wedding package fee.
ENHANCE YOUR WEDDING
The day you make your vows will be one of the most important days of your life, a day
to treasure, remember and celebrate for the rest of your lives. Your children, their
children and the rest of your family and friends, some of whom will not be there to
witness your wedding day or celebration, will want to share in those memories with
you. “Tell the story” of your day in pictures. Your day will hopefully be a day you will
do once in your life with memories, you will want to cherish for the next 50 years.
The photographs will often be the only physical memory of your day.
